The Tourist Center is located 40 meters from the entrance on the left (1st Floor of the Giant Panda Museum), the construction area of it is 400 square meters.
　　
　     ● Counseling Services：Our guides will provide more consultation services for visitors.
　     ● Rest Facilities: There are 30 seats for tourists to rest; tourists can watch TV, read newspapers or other park related information.
　     ●The Tourist Center provides leaflets on the park’s programs and activities in order to be more convenient for the visitors.
　     ● Convenient Service Facilities: We provide a water fountains, micro-wave oven, needle and thread for visitors by free.
　     ● We also offer guided tours service and portable audio guide equipments for visitors.
　     ● Postal Services: Visitors can choose some peculiar and beautiful postcards to share with friends or relatives. We believe that you will have a wonderful memory in our park!

Tour Guide Service Station [Guide Booking Hotline: 86-28-83516748] 　

There is a tour guide service station at the entrance of the base; they provide wheel chairs for disabled people, baby carriages, crutches for old man, and audio guides service. We have 9 official guides in the center; all of them are junior college education status; there are 18 senior researchers who can provide guide service for visitors. We offer tours in Chinese, English, Japanese and Cantonese and the portable audio guide equipments for visitors.

Parking Lot

The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding has its own parking lot; located north of Panda Road, at the right side of the base. The area of the parking lot is 16,000 square meters. There is room for over thirty large cars and seventy compact cars. The management regulations of lot are very perfect. We believe that our safeguards with high quality and our strict, normative management will give a great convenience for visitors.

      It will take three hours to visit the entire park by walking; it will only take one to one and half hours by tour bus.
      Notice:
      Ticket price:￥10.00/per (just the same day is effective)
      1.Children over1.2 m:￥10.00/per;
      2. You can take three times with one ticket;
      3. Keep all arms and legs in the bus at all times; please get off after the bus as come to a complete stop;
      4. Visitors can purchase tickets after take tour bus at midway;
      5. Please keep your tickets in order to board again.

　　熊猫基地专为游客设立了医务室（急救站），位置明显，有专职医护务人员，备有日常药品、急救箱、救护担架等，基础设施设备齐全，处理能力强。
　　在景区各类指示牌、游客中心、门票以及向游客免费发放的游览图上都明示了救援电话（ 028-83516808）；与附近“核工业部成都416医院”签订了运送协议。
